Informed Decisions Are Better Decisions.
Why Property Improvement Advisors?
Every property decision has financial consequences. Whether you're renovating, preparing to sell or simply deciding what areas of your home require a monetary injection, making the wrong decision can be expensive. Our role is to help you make informed property decisions before you commit.

Independent By Design
We don't make money from the renovations you choose. We help you choose wisely.
Unlike builders, trades or suppliers, we don't sell renovation work or products. Our recommendations are based on what we believe is in your best interests, not ours.

A Plan Before You Spend
Jumping into renovations, or cosmetic changes to your property, without a clear plan can lead to unnecessary expense and disappointing results. We help you identify what should be done first, what can wait and what may not be worth doing at all.

Advice Tailored To Your Home
Every property is different. Every homeowner has different goals. Whether you're renovating to enjoy your home, preparing to sell or planning for the future, our advice is tailored to your property, your budget and your priorities.

Clear Recommendations
We won't overwhelm you with options or technical jargon. You'll receive practical, straightforward advice that helps you move forward with confidence.

Our Commitment
If we believe an improvement will benefit you, we'll tell you.
If we think you're better off saving your money, we'll tell you that too.
Because sometimes the best investment you can make is knowing what not to do.
The Person Behind Property Improvement Advisors
Property Improvement Advisors was founded by Jodie Brooks to help homeowners make informed property decisions before committing to expensive improvements, renovations or the sale of their home.
As a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent, REIQ Member and holder of a Bachelor of Business, Jodie Brooks combines practical property knowledge with an independent approach focused entirely on helping homeowners understand their options before making any costly decisions.
She has bought, sold, owned and renovated several homes in both Australia and New Zealand so has plenty of lived experience to go along with her real estate qualifications.
Her advice is tailored specifically to your circumstances, with no sales pressure and no obligation to proceed beyond your appointment.
The idea of this service is to ensure homeowners fully understand all their options before putting their property on the market, so they can make informed decisions that support the best possible financial outcome for their property journey.
If however, following your appointment, you do decide to list and sell your property through Jodie Brooks Real Estate then your paid consultancy fees will be deducted at the property settlement.
